Terms & Conditions
These terms provide general information about working with LogicalFrame. A project-specific proposal, scope, quotation or agreement takes priority where its terms differ.
Project scope and estimates
Cost and timeline depend on approved features, screens, pages, integrations, content readiness, design complexity, backend requirements, user roles, testing and revision needs. Estimates may change when the scope changes.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing timely content, feedback, access credentials, legal rights to supplied materials and approvals required to keep delivery on schedule.
Third-party costs and accounts
Hosting, domains, email, app-store accounts, SMS or OTP, payment gateways, paid APIs, cloud services, licences, advertising and other third-party charges are separate unless explicitly included in writing. Customer-owned accounts remain under customer control.
Payments, changes and delivery
Milestones, payment schedules, revision limits, maintenance and handover terms are defined in the accepted proposal. Additional features or material changes may require a revised cost and timeline.
